The changing faces of The Muppetman

I have been training for a while now and am starting to finally notice the difference myself, though it is more obvious to others around me.....

However, I was trolling through the "photies" section of the Realise Studio (the team I work in)`s Real153 site (http://www.real153.com) and came across the photographs from the 2002 Christmas night out and it made interesting viewing from a purely personal point of view if nothing else:

Before - 2002 - 2004 - The 18st 9lbs - 19st Years

After - 2005 and beyond - The 15st 7lbs years.

The contrast is noticeably large, even to me and gives justification to the amount of time and effort I have had to put into it all.... Just a little but more to go and everything will be finished.
